What is Rebounding?
Rebounding uses a mini-trampoline and involves small, controlled movements that utilize the trampoline mat for resistance. Scientists at NASA showed that working out with rebounding for ten minutes is the equivalent of jogging for thirty minutes. When you want to burn fat quickly and have a great time doing it, Cellercise is for you.

Cellercise® with Stroops Class
The Cellercise® rebounding with Stroops classes uses resistance bands in conjunction with the mini-trampoline to double the strength training and significantly boost fat burning. During the average class, you will find yourself pushing and pulling, squatting and sprinting, all while jumping and addressing all the planes of motion.
